Speak Excitedly
Take a user string and add different levels of excitement to it.
The program displays how to use default parameters of a function.
Example:
> python speak_excitedly.py
> Keyword arguments are cool!!!!
> I guess Java is okay...
> LET'S GO BEARS!!
